The weekend had an exciting start with Everton beating Arsenal thanks to a own goal by goalkeeper Leno. The excitement continued to Saturday with Liverpool drawing Newcastle and Chelsea conquering EST Ham 1-0 thanks to a goal by Timo Werner, to go into fourth place. The following day included Burnley surprising Wolves 4-0 with a Hat-Trick by Chris Wood, also Leeds held Manchester United 1-1 and Aston Villa was held by West Brom 2-2. Manchester City vs PSG Champions League semifinals leg 2
Manchester City came into the game today leading 2-1 with two away goals. They then went one better early on, thanks to a low shot by Riyad Mahrez. PSG then held out until after halftime, when Mahrez got his second with a tap-in. PSG only made it worse when Angel di Maria got a red card for kicking out at Fernandinho City would hold out until the end to cruise by PSG with a comfortable 4-1 of aggregate win.
